1. Halogen-Free Flame Retardant PC/ABS — HAC8250NH

Features

• UL94 V-0 at 1.5 mm, halogen free, available in all colors
• High flow for thin-wall and large-area housings
• Balanced engineering properties: notched Charpy 45 kJ/m² at 23 °C (ISO 179), HDT > 100 °C
• Platform grade — the base for a full family of application-specific derivatives (hydrolysis resistant, low temperature, crack resistant, S.2, PFAS free)

Applications Battery packs and battery modules, BMS and connector housings, appliance electrical control boxes, chargers and power supplies, IT and telecom enclosures.

2. Damp-Heat / Hydrolysis Resistant Flame Retardant PC/ABS — HAC8250NH-HA20

Features

• After 1000 h at 85 °C / 85 % RH, tensile and flexural strength both increase slightly and impact retention is 72 % (680 → 490 J/m); flame retardancy maintained at V-0
• Aging retention comparable to MPPO and clearly better than FR ABS and conventional FR PC/ABS, which soften, deform and become tacky
• Typical properties: density 1.19 g/cm³, tensile strength 57 MPa, elongation at break 60 %, flexural strength 72 MPa, flexural modulus 2300 MPa, notched Izod 680 J/m, unnotched Izod NB, HDT 108 °C (1.82 MPa), UL94 V-0 at 0.8 & 1.6 mm
• Halogen free, with excellent recyclability
• No trade-off: all other properties equal to standard FR PC/ABS

Applications Energy storage system enclosures, EV and non-EV battery housings, outdoor power equipment, charging piles and charging guns, tropical- and coastal-climate appliance parts.

3. Low-Temperature Impact Flame Retardant PC/ABS — HAC8250NH-LTR0 / LTR1

Features

• Notched Charpy at −40 °C: 22 kJ/m² (LTR0) and 40 kJ/m² (LTR1), versus 12 kJ/m² for standard FR PC/ABS — impact retention above 40 % and 65 % respectively
• Passes −40 °C falling-dart testing (20 mm dart, 4 kg, 2 m, after 5 h soak) with no brittle failure, where standard FR PC/ABS and competitor grades fracture
• Typical properties (LTR1): tensile strength 58 MPa, flexural strength 70 MPa, flexural modulus 2400 MPa, notched Charpy 60 kJ/m² at 23 °C, HDT 100 °C, UL94 V-0 at 1.6 mm
• Halogen free, no plate-out; retains the flow and moldability of PC/ABS at a fraction of the cost of Si-PC

Applications Cold-climate energy storage and battery enclosures, outdoor charging equipment, telecom cabinets, outdoor security devices, cold-chain and refrigeration appliance parts.

4. Screw-Boss Crack Resistant Flame Retardant PC/ABS — HAC8250NH-NOCA

Features

• Zero cracked bosses out of 12 in every test configuration, before and after 4 months of storage under load — versus 3–5/12 for standard FR PC/ABS and competitor grades (self-tapping PA3.5 × 10 screws, 0.7–1.0 N·m torque, square / plain / low-round boss designs)
• Solves the assembly-failure mode that is the single most common field complaint with FR PC/ABS
• Typical properties: density 1.18 g/cm³, MFR 20 g/10 min (240 °C / 5 kg), tensile strength 60 MPa, elongation at break 85 %, flexural strength 80 MPa, flexural modulus 2400 MPa, notched Izod 550 J/m, HDT 92 °C, UL94 V-0 at 1.6 mm
• Good toughness, adequate stiffness, excellent processability
• Validated on an upgraded evaluation mold and precision torque system (0.3–2.3 N·m, ±0.05 accuracy, full torque-curve recording)

Applications Any screwed and fastened FR enclosure: battery housings, appliance control boxes, power adapters, set-top boxes, routers, instrument cases.

5. Needle-Flame (S.2) Compliant PC/ABS — HAC8250NH-NFS2 / HAC8250NH-GMNF

Features

• UL94 V-0 and needle-flame S.2 at 1.5 mm (60 s flame application) — most fireproof housing materials on the market fail S.2 even at 3.0 mm
• HAC8250NH-NFS2: high flow version, halogen free
• HAC8250NH-GMNF: 15 % talc filled, high modulus, halogen free, V-0 and S.2 at 1.5 mm
• Enables thinner fire enclosures without added mica sheets, aerogel or fireproof coatings

Applications Fire enclosures under IEC/EN 60335, appliance electrical control boxes, HVAC controllers, EU-market appliance and power equipment housings.

6. PFAS-Free & Halogen-Free Flame Retardant PC/ABS — HAC8250FF / HAC8250FF-HA

Features

• 0 ppm PFAS — proprietary fluorine-free anti-dripping technology replaces PTFE (typically 2000–8000 ppm PFAS in conventional FR compounds)
• Equivalent anti-dripping and UL94 V-0 at 1.5 mm, with better processability, higher surface gloss and improved cracking resistance than PTFE-based systems
• HAC8250FF: HDT 99 °C (1.82 MPa), notched Izod 500 J/m, all colors
• HAC8250FF-HA: HDT 99 °C, notched Izod 600 J/m, with added hydrolysis resistance
• Compliant with EU REACH PFAS restriction proposals and US state legislation (Maine, Minnesota HF2310, California SB 903)

Applications Consumer electronics enclosures, wall routers and networking equipment, printer housings, sockets and wiring devices, appliance parts for the EU and US markets.

7. Low-Warpage, Dimensionally Stable PC/ABS — N8250DS

Features

• No warpage after 72 h heat soak at 70 °C, where standard ABS deforms visibly
• Low CLTE: 60 × 10⁻⁶ /K (flow direction), 55 × 10⁻⁶ /K (transverse), versus 75 / 65 × 10⁻⁶ for standard PC/ABS
• Holds flatness and gap tolerance on large thin panels through the full thermal cycle
• Retains PC/ABS stiffness and impact strength

Applications Robot vacuum base stations and chassis, large appliance panels, display bezels, precision-assembly housings, parts sharing a mold with other resins.

8. Anti-Squeak / Low-Noise PC/ABS

Features

• Molecular-chain damping design converts friction and compression vibration into internal energy, unlike the rigid benzene-ring chains of conventional ABS and HIPS
• Damping factor increased by more than 20 %; friction noise between mating plastic parts markedly reduced
• Whole-unit testing: noise reduced from 40–45 dB to around 20 dB
• Excellent impact strength retained; suited to high-heat and high-toughness applications within the anti-squeak platform
• Removes the need for rubber gaskets, felt tape or lubricating grease at contact interfaces

Applications Air conditioner louvers, air ducts and panels, hair dryers and small appliances, robot vacuum moving parts, automotive interior contact parts. Adopted by GREE, Haier, AUX and TCL.

9. High-Impact, Wide-Window PC/ABS Alloy — HAC8250

Features

• Drop impact resistance superior to PC, with far better ductility in thin sections
• Wide processing window and excellent moldability — stable on complex, ribbed and multi-gate parts
• Good surface appearance straight from the mold

Applications Hair dryers and personal-care appliances, power tool housings, handheld device shells, small appliance enclosures subject to drop testing.

10. UV & Chemical Resistant Flame Retardant PC/ABS

Features

• UL94 V-0 at 1.6 mm with halogen-free FR system
• Weathering: UVA 500 h, ΔE < 3 — no yellowing under UV disinfection lamps or prolonged light exposure
• Resists ethanol, isopropanol and hospital disinfectants such as AF3, with strength retention above 80–90 %
• Spray-free solution for equipment used around UVC disinfection

Applications Medical ventilator housings, ultrasound machine enclosures, disinfection equipment, hospital and laboratory instrument cases, medical carts.

11. Scratch & Weather Resistant Flame Retardant PC/ABS — HAC8250H

Features

• Combines flame retardancy with outdoor weatherability and surface scratch resistance in one grade
• Maintains color and gloss under prolonged UV exposure
• Eliminates the paint or hard-coat step on outdoor FR housings

Applications Security camera housings, alarm and detector enclosures, outdoor sensors, intercom and access control devices, outdoor electrical boxes.

12. Recycled / PCR Flame Retardant PC/ABS — ER9035NH (ER90 Series)

Features

• 35 % PCR post-consumer recycled content with halogen-free flame retardancy
• Spray-free, natural-texture speckle finish — removes the painting step and its VOC emissions
• Typical properties: tensile strength 65 MPa (ASTM D638), density 1.21 g/cm³, notched Izod 90 J/m (ASTM D256), flexural strength 89 MPa, flexural modulus 2600 MPa (ASTM D790)
• Series also includes ER9036NH, ER9065NH and ER9066NH for different PCR content and performance targets
• Supports customer carbon-reduction reporting and EU eco-design requirements

Applications Smart shoe cabinets (LG), large appliance enclosures, IT and display housings, consumer electronics shells, IoT device housings.
