KUMHO SUNNY Glass-Fiber-Reinforced PPS: RSG06 & RSG08

Performance Introduction

KUMHO SUNNY RSG06 and RSG08 are 30% and 40% glass-fiber-reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) compounds developed for precision-molded components exposed to heat, humidity and chemicals. Both grades combine high strength and stiffness with exceptionally low moisture uptake, dimensional stability, high flow, V-0 flammability performance at 1.2 mm and long-term aging resistance.

The supplied technical data show heat-deflection temperatures of 255°C for RSG06 and 265°C for RSG08 at 1.80 MPa. Typical applications include automotive camera lens barrels, electric-shaver support brackets and water-pump impellers.
